Allow me to introduce myself ❤️ 👋 Firstly, I am blown away by all the incredible and positive feedback from my sound healing debut on The Voice - thank you for all your kind messages and support. 🙏 There was a LOT that I shared that didn’t make it on the show and so I wanted to get this out to all for those interested to know more about my “why” and what I’m here to share with the world. 🙌 As I went into great detail on a recent @thefutureisom podcast, my dark decade of the soul sent me on a quest for healing. I traveled 16 countries and 5 continents looking for answers from every guru, shaman or healer I could find. I was lost, anxious and on a mission to understand my purpose on this planet. From Ayahuasca in Peru, to many questionable “treatments” in India, to meditating 10 hours a day / 10 days straight in Sri Lanka, to working at an orphanage in Bali, to living in the heaven that is Ubud for 6 months… I had my own version of “eat, pray, love” tho mine was more like “eat, pray, cry, repeat” 😂 That is until I discovered breathwork and sound healing, and ultimately through this healing journey I found my voice. Through a variety of experiments with my own mental health, I discovered there is nothing more powerful than the innate healing wisdom of our own breath and the healing vibrations of sound. Through these practices, I discovered a direct hotline to spirit… that no substance, guru or shaman could ever provide. I built a relationship with myself after a lifetime of being disconnected. I stopped binge eating, smoking and drinking as there was no longer a desire to numb. After a very long journey, I found light through my dark night of the soul. And from my own struggles with anxiety and depression I learned how to raise my vibration and now I have made it my life’s mission to help others raise theirs. Gone are the days of the gurus - you are your own healer and have the capacity to transform your life. My hope is to remind the world of this fact.
